Account
planners
need
to
use
a
variety
of
techniques
to
understand
consumers.
This
assignment
is
intended
to
help
you
sharpen
one
of
those
techniques.
You
will
try
to
understand
something
you’ve
never
done
by
interviewing
people
who
do
conduct
the
behavior.
You
are
going
to
study
behaviors,
language,
motivations,
and
issues
associated
with
product
usage
or
behavior
that
you
do
not
engage
in
yourself.
YOUR
CHALLENGE
You
will
explore
something
new
and
learn
to
think
like
someone
who
is
different
from
you.
Immerse
yourself
in
something
with
which
you
have
no
experience.
Identify
the
desired
product
usage
or
behavior
that
you
wish
to
study
and
find
five
people
who
do
engage
in
that
behavior
or
use
that
product.
Then
interview
them
and
report
your
insights.
