Grant Proposal and Presentation
Read the following scenario:
Imagine that your Learning Team is the planning unit in your local police department. The chief of police has told you that a philanthropist in town is considering giving a $100,000 grant to a worthy cause in the department. The chief has charged your team with deciding how, when, and where that money will be spent.
Create a detailed proposal and a presentation on your proposal, as well as an executive summary of your budget plan.
- The proposal must be between 1,750 and 2,100 words.
- The presentation must be approximately 20 minutes in length and include 15 to 20 slides.
- Format your presentation consistent with APA guidelines.
- All team members must participate in the presentation.
