The owner of Twin Ponds Golf Course decided in September 2015 to institute the new membership pricing structure for 2016. He has advertised this on local radio and has begun accepting memberships with March 31 as the deadline for purchasing one. After March 31, golfers will only be able to pay by the round.
You have been hired to evaluate the impact of the new pricing structure. Begin your report by summarizing under what circumstances the proposal will succeed and under what circumstances the proposal will fail. Then proceed to describe your plan for evaluating whether or not it is working. You can include a request for data from 2015, but you must realize that the owner may or may not have a lot of detailed information. You have much more control over the data that you would like collected for the 2016 season. Include the information you would like collected and briefly explain how it will be used in your assessment.
The assignment should be approximately two pages, double spaced. This should be something you would be willing to actually give the owner of the golf course.
