Read the case study, ‘The problem with priorities’, from the textbook: Kerzner, H.R. (2013) Project management case studies. 4th ed. Hoboken, NJ: John Wiley & Sons, pp.532-533.
Based on this case study, develop a communication plan for this project. Provide a short summary of your rationale for the plan (300–500 words).
