After reading the materials related to organizational culture in Chapter 3 of our textbook, respond to the following:
Describe whether or not it is difficult to change an organization’s culture. Support your response with materials from the course.
Describe your current or former organizational culture and explain how organizational change is perceived within your workplace.
Post your primary response on the discussion board. Be sure to review your writing for grammar and spelling before posting. Read any postings already provided by your instructor or fellow students. After reading the materials related to international organizational culture in Chapter 4 of our textbook, respond to the following:
Considering your own organizations cultural awareness, describe the prevailing culture within your country as if to an employee from a foreign country.
Identify at least two major challenges faced by organizations when trying to adapt to or change another countrys organizational culture. Then, provide at least one effective strategy for each challenge to facilitate change in the organizational culture.
