Week 3 – Discussion Questions

Week 7 – Discussion Questions
Select one of the case scenarios in Appendix C and provide an appropriate response to the customer. In the subject line of your post, identify the case number you have selected. Select one of your classmates responses. Comment on what they did well, and comment on what areas they could improve upon when working with the customer in the scenario.
