Every project has its life cycle. Even though these phases may vary by project, every project has to have a beginning, middle, and end. The project life cycle is composed of four phases: Conceptualizing, Planning, Executing, and Termination. The number of man-hours spent on the project are going to increase through the first three phases and then begin to decrease as the project exist execution and begins termination.
