Stakeholder Feedback Diagnostic
- The Stakeholder Feedback Analysis is designed to analyze Al-Iman School’s survey results in terms of areas of achievement and areas that need improvement. Further, the diagnostic is essential to the accreditation and continuous improvement processes in that it provides Al-Iman School with a comprehensive view of the aggregate scores of the surveys administered, and the actual total of respondents of each survey type to derive a single score for this diagnostic. The performance level score computed at the completion of the diagnostic is used to broaden and enhance the external team’s understanding of the stakeholder’s perceptions of Al-Iman School; the diagnostic should be used in the same manner by the Al-Iman School as it engages in improvement planning.

Also, be sure to address each of the following items below in the data analysis report. Create this report using pages 48-54 of the example provided as an example of my expectations, but be sure to include more graphs and analysis being sure to pinpoint the following 5 items below:
- Analyze each year’s data for parents, staff, middle school students, and elementary school students.
- Analyze demographics, closed-end surveys, & open-ended surveys for all stakeholders.
- Write a detailed report based on the analyzed data.
- Include graphs or charts for each analysis.
- Analyze trends from year to year, within each year, among the demographics, and among individual stakeholders, as well as stakeholders overall.
