DQ 2: “Securities Fraud and Insider Trading”:Imagine you are the Director of Finance for a large publicly traded company. Analyze the single most important element that a Director of Finance must practice diligently. Provide a rationale for your answer. Discuss how easy or difficult it may be for officers and managers of organizations to stay in strict compliance with SEC rules. If you believe that it is easy, then discuss why noncompliance seems to be common place in the business environment. If you respond that it is difficult, suggest how it could be made easier.
