This appears to be problem 2.8 from Modern Power Electronics and AC Drives by Bose. There is a separate Problems Manual that I don’t have. the Problems Manuals may be like a solutions manual.I attached a Word document containing the problem (an image0 the reference book cover (image) and the page from the book containing the equation.
