REQUIREMENT You are required to answer ONE (1) assignment based on the following question. The assignment should be completed individually. QUESTION 1. Select and review 3 research-based articles that discusses the issues or challenges related to the following topics or its related area in terms of the ideas concepts and theories : Workforce diversity Discipline at the workplace Trade Unions in the 21st century Performance Management Employees Incentives and Benefits Safety and Health at the workplace 2. Conduct an interview with the HR Manager of any selected organisation of your choice on issues or challenges from any one of the chosen topic above. 3. You are required to review the issues and challenges of the chosen topic from the articles and the interview in accordance to the following sequence: Introduction Cover in detail theorganisations background: the name type of business organisational structure mission and vision number and type of employees and the person interviewed (the HR manager).(Suggested to have pictures graphs tables etc to illustrate the information) (6) Report the results / findings from the reviewed article and the interview Report the findings from the articles and outcomes from the interview on the above selected topic. (5) Instruction: a) The report should be written in accordance to the sequence. b) References should use the American Psychological Association (APA) format. (4) Grading The assignment will be graded based on both content as well as presentation. You may receive low marks due to poor presentation even if the content is adequate.
